1. Preparation work

2. Determine the installation location.

4. Glue mixing and gluing

The ratio of epoxy resin A and B used in solar led road studs is usually 1:0.7 (or adjusted according to different product manuals), and 15%–30% cement is added as filler. Note that the glue should not be mixed too much at a time, so that one person can stick 50-70 road studs.

Use a hand drill with a stirrer to mix the glue evenly until the color is consistent. Next, you need to clean the road surface at the installation location to ensure that there is no dust, oil, or other impurities, then take an appropriate amount of glue (about 40–50 grams) and apply it evenly on the bottom or back of the road stud with a trowel.

5. Installation and inspection

Gently place the solar led road studs into the marked position or drilled hole. Press the road stud to make it in close contact with the road surface to ensure that there is no gap. Make sure that the smooth surface of the road stud faces the direction of vehicle travel to maximize the warning effect. After installation, use a trowel to scrape off the glue overflowing around the solar powered road reflectors and clean up the road debris to keep the road clean. Within two hours after the installation of the road studs, an inspection is required to check whether there are road studs that are installed upside down, crooked, or pressed, and adjust them in time.

6. Subsequent processing

Wait for the glue to solidify for about 4 hours before removing the installation isolation facilities to ensure that the road studs are firmly fixed.
