The ASE Thermomark Handliner 300 thermoplastic striping machine is the larger version of our 250 Handliner thermoplastic machine and utilizes a 300-gallon hopper with insulated walls that keeps the material at a workable temperature during the application process.

The LineMaster computer offers you full control over Thermoplastic Extruder. This makes it easy to control the application and make adjustments on the go without compromising on the quality of the markings. It is possible to store up to 99 different line types and to arrange these in up to 30 different marking programs.

Thermoplastic material is applied hot and cures on laying. It has good durability and is suitable for use on all roads. Cold plastic (2-component material) consists of two parts which are a pigmented resin base and a catalyst. The product cures by chemical activity. With cold plastic, you get a wear-resistant road marking with low dirt pick up.

Rapidly turn over material. Pavement and air temperatures should be above 50F. Apply primer (where recommended) and thermoplastic at correct thickness. Residual primer solvent must evaporate prior to thermoplastic application. Do not overheat material. Verify material temperatures & calibrate kettle thermometers.
